You can choose the most suitable course for you from three alternatives:
- Ultra – c. 50 km (55 km) – gpx file 55 km
total elevation gain c. 1000 m, refreshment stations 9-10 pcs
- c. 20 (22 km) – gpx file 22km
total elevation gain c. 540 m, refreshment stations 5 pcs
- 10 km – gpx file 10km
total elevation gain c. 140 m, refreshment stations 3 pcs
This time you can also take part in the trekking class (10 km and 22 km) without timing. In addition, we offer a slightly hilly 2-kilometer course for children.

- Phone and a GPS gear so that the participant can be reached in case of an emergency.

- Snacks according to own preferences
