Trail Running School continues

Our exciting SisuXtrail running school continues. Come with us!

  • April 8, 2018 at 10 am
    We will run appr. 15 km which is perfect practise for the next 21 km course. A shorter route is also possible. Start at Cafe Lilja, ‘Kalles rundan’ in Liljendal and this time, we’ll finish there as well. Take along something warm to drink and wear something that keeps your feet dry! As before, bring an extra portion of Sisu along.

    SisuXtrail academy takes a tour from Kuggom to Röjsjös wilderness. We run 9km on quite easy runnable trails and roads.
    Possibility to shorten the route.
  • March 11, 2018 at 10 am
    Koulutie 16, 07800 Lapinjärvi
    We will try out partially new trails – end of 21km and 30 km tracks. Total distance will be around 14 km for this time, but there is opportunity to do a shorter version also if you like. Possibility to shower and change indoors afterwards! We gather at Kirkonkylän Koulu.

    We run the Trail of Spirits with start from the north – total distance will again be 11 km. Snowy conditions – equipment according to this! No indoor change possibilities so bring your own SISU again! Contact 0405400876/Henkka

    Valtatie 565, FI-07880 Liljendal, Finland
    This time we will run the famous ‘Kalles rundan’ in Liljendal-Lapinjärvi area – total length around 11 km. Snowy conditions awaiting us, so the theme for this Sunday will be ‘leg training’. Take along something warm to drink and wear something that keeps your feet dry! No possibility for changing clothes indoors nor showering, so please bring an extra portion of Sisu along!
  • Jan. 28, 2018 at 10 am.
    We gather at Kirkonkylän koulu (Koulutie 16, 07800 Lapinjärvi) and head for Gamlasberget and perform some uphill intervals and also go through some different techniques for uphill running. Total length this time will be 9-10 km. Shower afterwards.
